Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I do. The rates for shipping to foreign countries varies. Please inquire for shipping rates. As all works are produced to order please allow approximately 2 weeks delivery within the USA. 4 weeks to foreign countries.
How will my photograph be shipped?
Print only orders will be rolled in protective material and placed in a cardboard cylinder. Framed photographs cost of shipping varies.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
I understand that purchasing art online can be a scary decision, to give you some piece of mind, I stand by the quality of my work and offer a money back guarantee. All items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. You have 7 days to change your mind and it is your responsibility to ship the photograph back to me insured. You will be refunded within
24 hours if you used PayPal for your purchase. Other forms of payments may take a week.
What happens if my photo is damaged in transit?
Please check your order in the presence of the delivery person, if you notice any damage, you should refuse receipt and contact me immediately to arrange a replacement. In the event you notice damage after receipt of your order please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the goods and retain the packaging for use in the event of a return.
What do the prints look like?
Unless noted, all of my prints are produced on museum archival photographic paper using the highest quality print process available.
I go to great lengths to produce the finest looking prints available, my customers love them and I hope you do to!
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
I take great care in producing consistent, well balanced prints and do my best to represent the photographs as accurately as possible on the website. Unfortunately due to variations in monitors and calibration differences, it is impossible to match the prints exactly to what you see. All of my Black and White prints are neutral toned unless noted.
